A colleague fishes for salmon in Scandinavia using the "spin flug" method. He stated that he gets good results using flies with a high predominance of blue color. I developed a tube fly according to his suggestions.
Here's the Blue:
1. blue tube with the addition of glitter. I attach a silver wire.
2. blue rooster saddle feather.
3. down part of the pen rays captured in the clip.
4 I place the rays in the split thread, twist.
5 I make a fluffy torso, reinforce with wire coils.
6. I tie the rest of the feather, make a blackberry.
7 I arrange two pairs of blue saddle feathers.
8 I tie the wings as in streamer flies.
9. a bluebird armed with an anchor.
